USER'S SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF AGREEMENT BY FastServe Network OR FOR ANY NON-CONTRACTUAL ACTION (I.E., IN TORT OR OTHERWISE) SHALL BE LIMITED TO FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00).
